Local Rules

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 10.613(g)(3)(B), the Lassen Superior Court is seeking public comments regarding the proposed changes to the Local Rules of Court, effective July 1, 2026.

Public comments on the proposals may be submitted by email to PublicNoticeComment@lassencourt.ca.gov.
