Feedback to the Court
Feedback from the community regarding the service we provide is an important tool to monitor our performance as an organization and as individuals. The staff of Lassen Superior Court are dedicated to serving the public by providing justice in an equal, fair, accessible, efficient, and courteous manner. Providing superior customer service to our patrons, justice partners, and the legal community is of the utmost importance.
Feedback, whether negative or positive, will not be placed in your court file nor will it affect the outcome of your case. All feedback is reviewed by the Court Executive Officer, or his/her designee. The form below will assist you in providing a complaint or commendation to a court staff employee.
Please note: this form is not for filing a complaint against a Judicial Officer. Complaints against a Judge, Commissioner, or Temporary Judge (Judicial Officers) can be submitted in writing to the Presiding Judge. Please address and deliver such compalints to:

With respect to any incident that if substantiated would warrant discipline against a Judicial Officer, the concerned individual may file a formal complaint with the Commission on Judicial Performance.
