Authorization for Court Executive Officer to Execute Contracts

This General Order rescinds General Order 2022-20.

I hereby grant authority to Megan Reed, Acting Court Executive Officer, to execute contracts on behalf of the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen in the amount of $200,000.00 per contract.

Contracts in excess of $200,000.00 will require both the Acting Court Executive Officer’s signature and that of the Presiding Judge.
