Lassen Superior Court will be conducting network maintenance on the evening of Thursday, June 11th between the hours of 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.  The Case Index & Calendar Portal, Juror Portal, and some other Online Services will be will be intermittently inaccessible during this time.

Public Notice of Intended Transfer/Disposal of Court Asset

In accordance with California Rules of Court, rule 10.830, and the Trial Court Financial Policies and Procedures Manual, FIN 9.01, Fixed Asset Management, section 6.7, the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, hereby provides public notice of its intent to dispose of and transfer the following asset(s):

The Court has determined that the above-listed asset(s) is no longer needed for Court use. The Court intends to transfer the property to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, another government/public agency, under terms agreed upon by the parties.

This notice is provided at least one week prior to the intended transfer/disposal date.
