Court Experiencing Internet and Telephone Service Outage
UPDATE – October 16, 2026, approximately 12:00 PM
The Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, advises that internet and telephone services have been restored as of approximately 12:00 PM today, following an earlier service provider outage.
All affected services, including inbound and outbound telephone communications and online services, are expected to be operating normally.
The Court remains open and operating under its regular schedule.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this disruption and appreciate the public's patience and understanding.
The Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, is currently experiencing a disruption to its internet and telephone services due to a service provider outage.
The Court remains open and operational during this outage. However, inbound and outbound telephone services are currently unavailable, and certain online services and external system connections may be impacted.
Individuals needing to contact the Court regarding urgent matters during this outage may email info@lassencourt.ca.gov. Court staff will make every effort to review and respond to inquiries received by email as quickly as possible.
We are actively working to restore affected services. There is currently no estimated time for restoration. Additional updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
