Domestic Violence & Gun Violence Restraining Order eDelivery System
Effective July 1, 2023, the Superior Court of California, County of Lassen, is pleased to announce the launch of a user-friendly Online Submission System designed to streamline the process of submitting Domestic Violence Restraining Order (DVRO) and Gun Violence Restraining Order (GVRO) petitions and responses to the court. This system allows individuals to electronically submit their completed DVRO and GVRO related forms directly to the Court from the Court’s website.
